Group X

We design new class programs with the goal of providing participants with a full spectrum of fitness in a sustainable weekly, monthly, and quarterly plan that allows for continual improvement and adaptation. Certain classes emphasize muscular strength and power, while others focus on cardiovascular strength and muscular endurance, balance and core stability. All classes will demand your will and determination. Our Group X classes and schedule is designed so clients can attend classes 6 days a week without risk of over-training and injury. Or pick and choose your favorite classes to attend! For best results, we recommend attending as many classes a week as your body allows.

Atlas Bootcamp

Duration: 1 Hour

The legendary Atlas Bootcamp that started it all, this class offers the same challenging, individualized bootcamp workouts that Atlas is known for. Come get a full body strength and power circuit using a wide variety of equipment, including: ropes, bands, kettlebells, sandbags, hurdles, ladders, tires, kegs, sleds, Atlas stones, you name it! This is THE Bootcamp which incorporates all sorts of dynamic movements making each class a true test of athleticism, focus, and toughness!

Atlas Punch

Duration: 1 Hour

Atlas Punch is a circuit style class that programs boxing combinations and techniques, with agility and core, for a huge aerobic conditioning effect. Class participants will perform several stations that involve heavy bags, double-end bags, uppercut bags, and hit pads, all with boxing gloves and wrist wraps provided. Get into fighting shape and knockout that body-fat!

Atlas Kettlebells

Duration: 1 Hour

Atlas Kettlebells is a circuit training class that fully utilizes the unique training effects of, you guessed it, Kettlebells! The unique shape of the bell yields a dynamic and unstable exercise tool, which in turn provides the ultimate workout for building coordination, joint stability, balance, endurance and strength. Through a variety of swings, presses, pulls and holds you will get a full body workout from a tool most people never properly use. We swear by Kettlebells so strongly, we made it our logo! Be sure to add this calorie burning endurance workout to the weekly routine.

Flow

Duration: 1 Hour

A flow-based yoga class that builds strength, balance, flexibility and focus. Vinyasa sequences link breath and movement. This class completes the week by emphasizing the importance of flexibility, mobility and balance in any workout routine.

TRX – BOSU

Duration: 1 Hour

TRX – BOSU is a full body workout which uses only a BOSU ball and TRX suspension trainer. Using just these unique tools and your own body weight, participants can expect to challenge and train their muscular endurance, balance, core and aerobic capacity with a wide variety of sustainable BOSU and TRX moves for a full hour of total energy expenditure.

Atlas Strength 101

Duration: 1 Hour

Atlas Strength 101 is designed to build proficiency and performance in compound, big muscle movements. During this hour long circuit, you can expect to familiarize yourself with barbells and dumbbells, as well as lifts such as deadlifts, squats and bench press, as well as challenging core moves. Take this class if you’re looking to build total body core strength and power, while also improving cardiovascular fitness.

Cardio-Flow

Duration: 1 Hour

A hybrid class that starts with a cardio segment such as a circuit or run to improve endurance and strength and concludes with yoga to improve balance and flexibility. This full-body and mind workout can be particularly beneficial for endurance athletes but is open to all.
