Small Group Personal Training (3-6 Trainees)
Duration: 55 Minutes
A small group session is a great way to get started with personal training. Create a group of three to six people and share a personal trainer so your training is more affordable. Working out in a small group promotes teamwork, camaraderie and accountability. Training with your friends and family is a fun activity to do together to keep healthy!

In-Home Personal Training
Duration: 55 Minutes
With in-home personal training, a certified Atlas Fitness trainer conducts individualized one-on-one personal training in your own home. You’ll get customized workouts using your own exercise equipment or functional fitness tools.
Biomechanical and Performance Based Screening
Duration: 55 Minutes
A lead trainer will take you through a battery of tests that will access your abilities in a wide spectrum of fitness. The test begins with a light warm up, followed by a mobility, balance, joint stability assessment via dynamic movement patterns. We then put you through 3 basic strength tests and an aerobic capacity test. Following the assessment we make a custom plan based around your goals, and get you with a trainer, or into a class, that’s right for you.
