KEVIN REILLY

CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINER

Born into a military family, Kevin Reilly moved around before attending school in Virginia and then settling down in DC. After graduating from East Carolina University (Masters of Athletic Training – M.A.T.) and James Madison University (B.S.), he went to work in the traditional athletic training settings working with athletes of all ages and skill level. While working in a hospital setting, he found that the biggest impact could be made by applying strength and conditioning principles to an active rehabilitation population post physical therapy. All too often, people become hesitant or resistant to exercise after experiencing an injury or medical setback. Kevin has experience designing exercise programs for individuals with various orthopedic and medical conditions, such as injury, asthma, diabetes, cardiac disorders and obesity.
